Trustee Duties Under Idaho Law

Idaho Code Title 68 governs trusts and fiduciaries in the state, incorporating the Uniform Trustees Powers Act and related statutes that define what trustees can and cannot do. Understanding these obligations before taking any action as trustee is critical.
